Mobile phones are devices that usually receive a great fair share of praise and adulation. The technological genius behind them can captivate us as we spend all day enjoying its benefits and ensure we never leave its side. Amidst all the hype surrounding the Samsung Galaxy S3 and Nokia Lumia 900, the HTC One S has been pushed into the back of consumer’s minds, as if it isn’t one
of the best phones ever.
Its greatest feature is in the pace and responsiveness of the phone. Furthermore, the sheer speed and efficiency of the phone is complimented with a good 8-megapixel camera and a dual core 1.5GHz processor.
An attractive design with a solid and sturdy form ensures that the phone is a beast that looks like a beauty.
However, in spite of all its pros, the phone hasn’t quite hit the ground running in regards to mobile deals as much as HTC would’ve liked, or tech experts would’ve expected.
Huawei Ascend G300
Considering the miscorrelation between the Huawei Ascend G300’s expected worth based on its capabilities, to its actual cost, the phone ought to be the highest 
selling mobile on the market. However, something isn’t quite right.
The Ascend G300 costs £100, and yet offers more than double anything its similarly priced competitors offer.
The phone’s fully featured, has a larger screen and more powerful chip than other phones priced at a hundred quid, a MicroSD slot, decent battery and an attractive design. Those spending a hundred pounds on a mobile elsewhere would be foolish to do so.
Samsung Galaxy Nexus
If the HTC One S is a beast, than the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is a colossal. A mobile powerhouse equipped with the very best features, it’s perhaps only due to the brilliance of 
the Galaxy S3 that the Nexus has been somewhat overlooked.
It boasts an amazing 4.65inch HD screen, the incredible Android 4.0 and a mouth-watering 1080p HD video recording.
It’s arguably the phone of the year.
