Square Enix Launch Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy Concert Competition

To celebrate the Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary, Square Enix have announced that they are holding a highly exclusive event for Square Enix Members at the Royal Albert Hall. The Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy Concert, celebrating the 25th Anniversary at the Royal Albert Hall sold out in a matter of hours. Fans can enter a prize draw to win one of seventy-five pairs of tickets, with the ballot closing on the 22nd October.

The special event will feature music in the Elgar Room, featuring an intimate chamber performance of Final Fantasy music including Nobuo Uematsu (keyboards) and Arnie Roth (violin) performing Final Fantasy VI: Dark World as soloists, with selected musicians of the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. Fans can meet the composers Nobuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu, and Arnie Roth. There will also be an art gallery providing a chance to get close to some of the most iconic and beautiful Final Fantasy images ever created, some of which have never been on public display in Europe before. There will also be a chance to play the games and share in the Final Fantasy nostalgia with likeminded fans.

The 25th Anniversary Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy Concert is taking place in The Elgar Room at Royal Albert Hall on the November 2nd from 10am – 1.30pm all for free.  Electronic Theatre will keep you updated with all the latest news about the Final Fantasy franchise.
