Today sees the launch of two new action figures based on the characters that appeared in Namco Bandai Games’ Tekken Tag Tournament 2. Kazuya Mishima and Jun Kazama from legendary fighting videogame series now appear as Play Arts Kai figures.
The first of the two new releases is a detailed reproduction of Kazuya’s exceptionally trained physique, the scars crossing his body, his indomitable gaze and distinctive hair style. The figure’s shoulder joints feature sliding movement, allowing for poses such as folding his arms. The hip, knee and ankles feature click joints to support the figure’s weight and allow for stable poses. The figure’s lower half emphasises the lines on the clothing and uses a flexible material for the trousers, allowing the legs to freely move and extend outwards.
Jun Kazama features a cape wrapped around her shoulders that is made from a soft material and the shoulder joints themselves are specially articulated so as not to limit the movement of the arms. The waist area has been specially articulated also, along the knees and ankles which feature click joints identical to those on the Kazuya figure, easily enabling seated poses.
Both the Kazuya Mishima and Jun Kazama Play Arts Kai figures are available from today, with a recommended retail price (RRP) of £59.99 GBP each. Electronic Theatre will keep you updated with all the latest Tekken Tag Tournament 2 merchandise made available in the UK.
