Deep Silver has announced that a new mission, Assassinate the Blondie, has been added to the multiplayer mode of Iron Front – Liberation 1944, the tactical shooter from X1 Software/AWAR due to be released later this week. In Assassinate the Blondie four players compete against each other in pairs. Soviets snipers are trying to kill Hitler’s favourite Alsatian, while the German team’s mission is to prevent it- or at least eliminate the attackers.

Today sees the launch of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City on PC, arriving nearly two months after its console counterpart. A multiplayer-orientated title, Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City has received mixed reviews on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but very little has yet been said about the PC version.
Gaijin Entertainment’s Blades of Time today makes its way from consoles to PC with the release of the dual format Windows and PC retail package from Iceberg Interactive. Blades of Time for PC offers the original videogame, plus the Dismal Swamp downloadable content (DLC) and a number of other bonuses.
UIG Entertainment have today released more details on their upcoming agricultural driving, working and business simulation Agricultural Simulator – Historical Farming. Set for release later this month, Agricultural Simulator – Historical Farming will be available exclusively for PC.

When the forthcoming Batman: Arkham City Game of the Year Edition was revealed last month, the May release date offered by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment was considered to be international. This was certainly not the case however, as the publisher has revealed that gamers in PAL territories will have a much bigger wait on their hands.
Kalypso Media has today announced that their highly anticipated criminal empire building game, Omerta – City of Gangsters, will be coming to the Xbox 360 in autumn 2012. The videogame, previously announced for Windows PC, is in development by Haemimont Games, creators of classic strategy titles including the most recent Tropico titles: Tropico 3, Tropico 4 and Tropico 4: Modern Times.
