Today Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Alpha, the short movie prequel to Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, makes it’s premiere exclusively on LOVEFiLM – Europe’s largest subscription service for streaming films and TV series over the internet and sending DVDs and games by post. LOVEFiLM members will be able to stream Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Alpha via LOVEFiLM Instant from today.

THQ Inc. and Volition, Inc. have announced the development of Saints Row: The Third – Enter The Dominatrix, the standalone expansion to Saints Row: The Third. No longer an April Fool’s dream, the outrageous concept is slated for release on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.

As many would imagine, Dead or Alive 5 is the latest title in a long running series that hopes to take the crown at the top of the one-on-one beat-‘em-up genre following the resurgence in popularity on the current-generation systems. And as might be expected, the fans of the franchise are confident that the team working on the videogame at Team NINJA can pull it off, while the naysayers only refer to the forthcoming release in reference to products made purely for titillation. In Dead or Alive 5, Team NINJA are aiming to move the franchise significantly towards the former.
Wizards of the Coast has announced that Magic: The Gathering- Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 video game will be released for iPad, Xbox LIVE Arcade, Steam and PlayStation Network platforms. In Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 players will battle Magic’s ultimate evil mastermind, the dragon Planeswalker Nicol Bolas.

Square Enix and IO Interactive today revealed Introducing: Agent 47, the first gameplay trailer in a new original series. Keeping the teaser train on the right track, Ubisoft has revealed a new piece of artwork used in the development of the forthcoming Assassin’s Creed III. Hinting at the return of the need to traverse large landscapes on horseback, this new piece of artwork is presenting with a somewhat darker tone than much of what we have seen thus far.
Team17 have today announced that the forthcoming Worms Revolution will feature a class system for the first time. This addition introduces four different classes, Soldier, Scout, Scientist and Heavy, into the videogame, with players eventually able to unlock a total of sixteen worms (four of each class) to choose from in their teams.
