Tecmo Koei Europe is a publisher known to make great use of their franchises. From successive iterations to crossovers to entire titles built around the idea of bringing franchises together, their output is one of the most consistent of any videogame publisher. Responsible for one of the most aggressive action series of the past decade, Team Ninja are quite rightly one of the most highly regarded Japanese development outfits, and yet they’re certainly not about to rest on their laurels.

This winter will see the videogame launch of the Cartoon Network’s television series, Generator Rex, in Generator Rex: Agent of Providence from Activision. For those unfamiliar with the cartoon it is inspired by Image Comics’ comic book. M. Rex. Set around the exploits of Rex, a teenager who has special abilities due to being infected with nanites, he is able to transform his body, or parts thereof, into bio-mechanical weapons or tools.
