The week took some turns even J.J. Abrams couldn’t see coming. Diablo III on home consoles proves to be the definitive version of the game, with the absence of the Real-Money Auction House and no always-on DRM preventing people from playing at their convenience and, more importantly, offline. Also, big news from Pantheonyx, as they confirmed that Timesplitters is in development for the PS4. Console gamers also one-upped their PC Master Race brethren when it was revealed that the majority of PC gamers have underpowered PCs compared to what’s in the next-gen machines.
