Mobile videogames publisher, Thumbstar Games, has today announced that the multiplayer shooter Space Off is now available on the Google Play store. Promising frenzied multiplayer action on a single device, Space Off sees players duke it out against one another in a laser-filled warring galaxy.
Space Off is a hybrid of arcade favourites Pong, Breakout and Asteroids, with players attempting to destroy and break through to the other side of their opponent’s base by firing lasers at asteroids and
propelling them towards their target. Using touch controls, your lasers will cause the asteroids to accelerate with growing ferocity, and with various power-ups flying onto the screen, the battle becomes increasingly tense until one is declared victor.
Space Off is Thumbstar Games’ fifth published mobile gaming title this year. Headed up by industry veterans Martin and Gareth Edmondson, Thumbstar Games’ title catalogue continues to grow, and Electronic Theatrewill keep you updated with all the latest details from the mobile software publisher.
