Tecmo Koei Europe’s second Nintendo 3DS title, Samurai Warriors Chronicles will bring Koei’s phenomenally successful Warriors franchise to the handheld system later this year. No release date has yet been announced for Samurai Warriors Chronicles, but as one of the most unique titles currently revealed for the Nintendo 3DS it will surely be high on many gamers ‘most wanted’ lists.
Produced by Hisashi Koinuma, Managing Executive Officer at Tecmo Koei Games, Samurai Warriors Chronicles is set to reinvent the franchise on Nintendo’s forthcoming handheld system. Koinuma-san joined Koei (now known as Tecmo Koei) as a programmer in 1994. Starting from the action game series Samurai Warriors, he directed and produced several other titles before taking the helm on the first Nintendo 3DS title from the Koei division of Tecmo Koei Games.
