Ten years ago Belgian indie studio Larian Studios released Divine Divinity, followed by the critically acclaimed Beyond Divinity and Divinity II. To celebrate its tenth anniversary, a limited run of Divinity Anthology – Collector’s Edition featuring all three videogames and a whole host of extras, will be made available throughout PAL territories.
Limited to only 25,000 copies worldwide, Divinity Anthology – Collector’s Edition comes packed to the rafters with content. The DRM-free and Steam versions of Divine Divinity, Beyond Divinity and Divinity II: Developer’s Cut will be accompanied by two music soundtracks featuring the best works of Kirill Pokrovsky, Divinity’s composer, along with outtakes and rare compositions that never made it in to any of the videogames. A 145 page Developer’s Journal telling the story of Larian’s last fifteen years in the videogames industry as well as unreleased art and two short stories set in the Divinity universe. Also included will be a sticker set featuring skulls, dragons and princesses as well as two double-sided posters.
The Divinity Anthology – Collector’s Edition will also offer two codes for unique in-game items for Divinity: Dragon Commander and Divinity: Original Sin, both of which are due in 2013. Divinity Anthology – Collector’s Edition is set for release on 25th October 2012, and will be available from all good high street and online retailers with a recommended retail price (RRP) at £19.99 GBP.
