Ubisoft have announced that Might & Magic: Duel of Champions, the Might & Magic free-to-play online strategic card game, has delivered a major update: players will now be able to duel in two brand-new featured-tournaments. This update comes in two parts: the ‘Swiss’ tournament mode and the ‘User Generated Tournament.’
The new Swiss tournament mode allows eight players to challenge each other to timed duels. The allotted time per player is seven minutes to win the duel, use this time wisely. Rewards for top players will be gold, booster packs and tournament tickets. These tickets will be needed to enter a Swiss tournament and will be available in the shop for in-game currency (seals).
The second new major feature is the User Generated Tournament. Players will now be able to create their own tournaments, private or public, and select up to seven friends or foes to compete in epic battles.
Might & Magic: Duel of Champions is being developed by Ubisoft Quebec, and is available now on PC and iPad. Electronic Theatre will keep you updated with all the latest details on Might & Magic: Duel of Champions and other titles in the Might & Magic videogame franchise.
