Following the launch of Darksiders II on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC last month, THQ are now gearing-up for the release of the videogame on Nintendo’s forthcoming Wii U console. Currently expected to be available alongside the console at launch, THQ has now revealed some new screenshots showing the Wii U version of the videogame in action.
The Wii U version of Darksiders II will include a selection of bonus content not included on the disc for the other formats. This includes the Argul’s Tomb and Death Rides Pack, the recently released downloadable content (DLC) for Darksiders II, as well as the Angel of Death & Shadow of Death packs (which include new legendary armour and weapon choices for the player early in the videogame) and the Deadly Despair Pack (which offers an upgraded horse speed boost and additional unique legendary weapon and armour sets for the player to use from the start).
