Following the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 promotion made available for Xbox LIVE Rewards programme members earlier this month, Microsoft Studios has revealed a second initiative: this time for Halo fans. Reportedly on 7% of Xbox LIVE Rewards members are Halo VIPs, and that 7% will be receiving this special bonus in their inbox in the very near future.
For ten years, Xbox gamers have battled the Covenant as they systematically attack human development. As one of the chosen few, your missions and accomplishments have not gone unnoticed. In honour of the 10th 
Anniversary of Halo, Microsoft Studios have begun mailing out a VIP exclusive badge for all Halo VIPs. The badge is intended for use on message boards, Facebook and other social networking websites. Halo fans are offered the chance to distinguish themselves, calling attention to their accomplishments.
As the first incentive offered to Halo VIPs, it’s not yet known how Microsoft Studios intend to follow the free badge. A number of additional bonuses were offered to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 earlier this month, and so it’s possible further items will be offered to fans of the Halo series. Of course, Electronic Theatre will keep you updated with any further Xbox LIVE Rewards promotions.
