Now it has been confirmed that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier will launch into beta on both formats simultaneously.

The Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier beta testing phase was originally intended to be offered only to those gamer who purchased Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction – an Xbox 360 exclusive release – but as theElectronic Theatre Image years rolled by that is no longer a feasible limitation. Though Ubisoft insist gamers who purchased Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction will still get access to the upcoming Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier beta, it’s no longer the only way to get in.

Indeed, PlayStation 3 gamers will also be able to join the action prior to the official launch of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, as has been revealed by a new campaign from Ubisoft designed to increase awareness of the upcoming beta phase.
