THQ has today announced that two downloadable content (DLC) packs, Argul’s Tomb and the Death Rides Pack, have been made available for the recently released Darksiders II. Both DLC packs are available to download now via the Xbox LIVE Marketplace and PlayStation Network for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 respectively, and on Windows PC.
Argul’s Tomb is a new gameplay zone, which includes two challenging new dungeons, new enemies and unique legendary loot to collect. Any new purchaser of the Limited Edition version of Darksiders II will
find a unique code in their retail package entitling them to download this first DLC pack for free. For all other customers Argul’s Tomb is available to download for 560 Microsoft Points/$6.99.
As well as Argul’s Tomb, players are able to purchase the Death Rides Pack, previously available only as a pre-order incentive. The Death Rides Pack adds around an additional two hours of side-quests to the main adventure and is also available for 560 Microsoft Points/$6.99.
Argul’s Tomb and the Death Rides Pack, as well as all other pre-order DLC packs, will be included on disc at the launch of the Wii U version of Darksiders II. Electronic Theatre will keep you updated with all the latest details on Darksiders and other franchises from THQ.
