Earlier this year Electronic Theatre reported on the announcement that the award winning director Mamoru Oshii (Ghost in the Shell, Avalon) would deliver a live action motion-picture presentation based on the universe presented in the forthcoming Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor videogame. Today, Capcom presents that final trailer, known as Steel Battalion Heavy Armor: Gosha.
Steel Battalion Heavy Armor: Gosha focuses on Polish Vertical Tank pilot Gosha who, like Sgt. Powers from the videogame, commands her own VT squad. Follow Gosha as she goes to war, but it’s not just a war between global factions, but also the conflict that exists among those under her command. Steel Battalion: Heavy Armor will be available later this week exclusively on Xbox 360 Kinect, and Electronic Theatre will bring you an in-depth review of the videogame later today.
